Hello allllll~

Okay, so, news! I finally got my computer running via Ubuntu~ that means I can get everything off of my computer : DD!! All my arts, poems, videos, piccus, musics, etc. etc. The only thing is my internet will absolutely not connect through Ubuntu. I have the A600 Cricket usb wireless, and apparently it's a common problem for people using Ubuntu and Cricket, and there are ways to fix it, but it involves typing out commands and terminals and whatnot and I am so unfamiliar with all that stuff. I'm great with computers until it comes to getting all inside them and programming them and stuff. Arghh...

But yeah, also I run it from the CD every bootup, otherwise I get the blue screen of death, but installing it usually isn't the best thing to do (aka requires like extra ram or whatever D8 I can't remember...) so it's rather tedious. As long as I can get my stuff I'm happy. So much KitaBoko footage xD it's hilarious. So if I can get those files and then open up the .wmm (or whatev) file on here, then I can finish making the Funniest Moments video.

Also, I have the whole Kiss Of Eternity file, so I can post what I have so far of it on my LJ. Beware though, it has a rough start but it gets better. I know, text block of doom. I was going to edit it and add in spaces but I got lazy. Plus it was like 3AM anyway.

Speaking of time. Ubuntu was 699 MB. I started downloading it at 2:30AM and it finally finished at 9:30AM. Yeah. I took a nap. Anyways, THANKS TO KOAST ON DEVIANTART! THANK GOD FOR HAVING NERDS FOR FRIENDS. I'll do a google search or something later to see if there's a way to revive my actual computer from Ubuntu, now that I can reeeeach it.

Oh how I love actual keyboards. I'm so sick of laptop keyboards I'm about to pick all its keys off and throw them out the window. I'm like "Hey look! I can actually type fast now!!"

Also, I put Photoshop CS2 on a disk so I could use it on another computer. Hopefully it'll work. I dunno. It might do the whole 'this is an upgrade blah blah you need photoshop 5.5 or higher for this to work' nonsense. Even then I'm prepared. I can get my photoshop 7.0 off the comp as well. And Painter.

But I was told my computer might be doing this because it ran out of memory, but Koast told me that if it WAS my memory, ubuntu would take longer to boot up than normal. Ubuntu booted up pretty fast. So I'm just not sure. I'll try as much as I can to fix it on my own, and if I can't I'll just either buy a new one or get another nerdy friend to fix it for me. Although...right now it seems entirely fixable.

Speaking of artwork, I dunno if I mentioned this in the previous post, but I started a personal to-draw list. It looks something like this as of right now:

just so I can get out of this artificial artwork :/ so far so good.

And this Japanese hiragana app I have on my ipod is awesome 8DD its like idek but it's awesome O3O Hopefully this'll help improve my Japanese.
